About the role
When it's necessary, give managers, supervisors, and workers advice, direction, and training. Regularly discuss Time & Attendance problems and their solutions with colleagues in the Payroll division. Assesses mistakes relating to time and attendance and guarantees departmental rectification. React to inquiries on Time and Attendance.
What you'll do
- Managing and updating the centralized employee lifecycle data
- Assist in creating departmental training that is both conventional and unique for the business's time and attendance system
- Coordinate, plan, and carry out timekeeping and attendance duties for the payroll department
- Act as a point of contact for the company's time and attendance system between the Payroll division and HRIS
- Assist in the development and deployment of HRIS to provide efficient and reliable time and attendance management
