What you'll do

• Call new leads obtained from lists, referrals, and advertising programmes
• Call leads that have already been contacted
• Use email to follow up with leads and/or confirm appointments
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
