About the role

Cold calling, or making several cold calls to prospective customers Open new customer accounts and cross sell services to current clients. Enter all targeted accounts, then spread sales among the clientele. Recognizing consumer concerns and providing help and solutions

What you'll do

• Establishing and managing a database or list of potential clients
• Manage the client accounts that are issued and produced by repeated follow-ups
• Interact with customers to learn about their day-to-day product needs
• Negotiate on prices and create the required sales orders
• Maintain strong client relationships by offering first-rate customer care
