About the role
We're hiring an Assistant Manager for our 1Network team! As part of our B2B onboarding function, you'll lead a team of 3-4 Operations Associates responsible for onboarding professionals such as doctors, architects, interior designers, teachers, and administrators.
What you'll do
- Leading, mentoring, and managing day-to-day performance of a team of 3-4 Operations Associates, including task allocation, coaching on outreach/screening technique
- Owning end-to-end delivery accountability for multiple concurrent B2B projects ensuring the team's onboarding activity translates into on-time, on-scope project execution
- Planning team bandwidth and prioritization across projects based on client deadlines, project complexity, and respondent volume requirements
- Training and onboarding new team members on outreach methodology, screening criteria, and client engagement standards
- Understanding project scope directly with internal stakeholders and clients
