Associate - Graphic Designer

About the role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer to shape how 1Lattice looks and feels across every touchpoint, from client-facing reports to social media. You’ll turn complex ideas and research into visuals that are clear, memorable, and on-brand, working closely with our marketing and communication teams.

What you'll do

• Create and edit videos, audio content, shorts and other multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite and relevant editing tools
• Develop engaging static creatives, brochures, newsletters, infographics, social media posts
• Demonstrate hands-on proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft PowerPoint to create high-quality, professional visual assets
• Be proficient in using AI tools and LLM models to generate creative concepts, explore design directions, develop visual assets
• Translate briefs into compelling visual communication, maintain consistency across digital and print formats
