About the role
As an Enterprise AI Delivery Manager – RCM, you will combine deep domain expertise across end-to-end revenue cycle workflows with strong integration, compliance, and automation capabilities. You will lead complex, multi-million-dollar deployments of Contiinex’s agentic AI platforms across large healthcare enterprises, ensuring delivery excellence, regulatory compliance, and measurable business impact.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise RCM automation programs using Contiinex’s AI platforms
- Lead large-scale deployments across eligibility, prior authorization, claims, AR follow-ups, denials, and payment posting workflows
- Manage complex integrations with EHR/PM systems, payer portals, clearinghouses, telephony platforms, and enterprise data systems
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, payer rules, and enterprise security standards
- Drive program governance, SLA management, risk mitigation, and executive stakeholder communication
