Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the organization's financial operations, ensure compliance, improve financial performance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in healthcare finance, budgeting, auditing, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

What you'll do

• Oversee end-to-end financial operations, accounting, and reporting
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization
• Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, GST, TDS, and regulatory requirements
