About the role
We are looking for a D2C Store Intern to own the operations of the Everhope online store. This is an execution-heavy role ideal for someone who wants to learn how a D2C health brand is built from the ground up. This is a full-time work-from-office role.
What you'll do
- Catalogue & Store Management
- Manage and maintain the product catalogue on Shopify – listings, product descriptions, pricing updates, images, and stock status
- Onboard new SKUs end-to-end as the catalogue expands, including new supplier additions
- Develop product content for new SKUs – descriptions, benefit callouts, usage instructions, and FAQ sections, working with clinical inputs from the nutrition team
- Maintain content accuracy and consistency across product pages, collections, and landing pages
