About the role
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our expanding Developmental Therapies team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sensory integration, fine and gross motor development, and functional independence in children. You will play a vital role in assessing developmental challenges, designing personalized therapy programs, and empowering families to support their child’s progress in everyday life.
What you'll do
- Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to enhance the child’s functional independence in self-care, play, and school activities
- Use play-based, child-friendly approaches to improve coordination, balance, handwriting, and sensory regulation
- Fine and gross motor delays
- Handwriting, posture, and motor planning issues
