About the role
The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) will be responsible for managing day-to-day patient care, monitoring oncology patients, coordinating with consultants and nursing teams, handling medical emergencies, and ensuring smooth clinical operations within the hospital.
What you'll do
- Conduct regular assessment and monitoring of admitted patients
- Attend and manage medical emergencies and escalate critical cases to consultants timely
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and allied departments for effective patient management
- Maintain proper documentation of patient history, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, and patient evaluations
