About the role
We are looking for empathetic and result-driven Inside Sales Executives to handle inbound and outbound leads for Everhope’s Oncology Nutrition Program . The role involves counseling cancer patients and caregivers over calls/WhatsApp, explaining the importance of oncology nutrition, and converting leads into OPD consultations with Dr. Manjari Chandra , Senior Oncology Nutrition Expert at Everhope.
What you'll do
- Lead Handling & Conversion
- Handle inbound enquiries from website, WhatsApp, digital campaigns, and referrals related to oncology nutrition
- Make outbound follow-up calls to pending and cold leads to re-engage interest
- Current treatment (chemo / radiation / surgery / immunotherapy)
- Patient Counselling & Education
