What you'll do
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users (onsite/remote)
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Handle operating system issues (Windows 10/11, basic Linux/Mac knowledge is a plus)
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and access issues (Active Directory)
- Support basic network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN)
