What you'll do
- Architecture and strategy Define the enterprise observability and AIOps architecture : instrumentation, telemetry pipelines, data storage, analytics
- Develop a roadmap for automation and AIOps adoption , including tooling choices, integration patterns, and operating model (NOC/SOC/SRE/DevOps)
- Solution design and integration Lead solution design for monitoring, logging, tracing, event management, runbook automation, and orchestration across data center, cloud
- Evaluate and integrate tools such as APM/observability platforms (Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, ELK, Grafana,Site24x7), ITSM/ITOM (ServiceNow,ManageEngine)
- AIOps and AI/ML?driven operations Design and implement AIOps use cases : anomaly detection, noise reduction, event correlation, root?cause analysis
