About the role
Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other devices. Provide comprehensive IT support to users for a wide range of technical challenges. Oversee network performance, proactively identify and troubleshoot network problems, and Design, implement, and manage LAN and wireless networks to meet evolving business needs.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other devices
- Provide comprehensive IT support to users for a wide range of technical challenges
- Oversee network performance, proactively identify and troubleshoot network problems, and
- Design, implement, and manage LAN and wireless networks to meet evolving business needs
- Maintain a comprehensive IT asset inventory, including tracking utilization, depreciation, and lifecycle management
