About the role
To lead and coordinate the company's operating activities from post-order receipt through final contract closure, while optimizing efficiency across Supply Chain, Design, Service, and plant operations to support organizational capacity, workforce, and operational requirements during its scaling phase from INR 450 crore toward INR 1,500 crore turnover.
What you'll do
- Integrated Operations Leadership: Provide end-to-end leadership across Design, Project Management, Manufacturing, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Procurement
- Ensure seamless cross-functional alignment from order receipt through final customer delivery and contract closure
- Manufacturing & Capacity Expansion: Manage multi-plant manufacturing facilities, driving capacity utilization, OEE, productivity, machine availability
- Supply Chain, Stores & Logistics: Direct strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management, material planning, inventory, and logistics operations
- Design, NPD & Port Equipment Readiness: Guide the mechanical and electrical Design team on BOM releases, standardization, value engineering, and manufacturability
