About the role
New Product Development (NPD) – Develop products as per customer’s requirements (RFQ – Request for Quotation, RFP – Request for Proposal) in timely manner as per customer schedules. This is done through understanding the customer’s needs and application engineering of available technologies to meet such requirements.
What you'll do
- Development and Validation of Long-term Technology and Product Road Map for long-term co sustenance
- Finalize long term plans for the Technical Centre, in line with organizational objectives, evaluation and validation of Technology & Product Roadmap
- Finalize annual plans and budget for Technical Centre
- Regularly monitor target achievement and budget utilization for Technical Centre
- Patents & New Technology
