About the role
Functional Head – Corporate Affairs & Legal will provide strategic and functional leadership across Corporate Affairs and Legal, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, effective Board and stakeholder management, legal risk mitigation, and successful execution of M&A activities.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement the long-term strategy for the Corporate Affairs function in alignment with company’s business objectives and growth plans
- Establish effective processes and controls to strengthen governance, compliance and risk management across the organisation
- Advise senior management on corporate affairs matters, legal implications and regulatory developments that may impact business operations
- Company Secretarial & Corporate Governance
- Oversee all company secretarial activities, ensuring timely and accurate statutory filings, disclosures, Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and other regulatory obligations
