About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst (Architecture) to support architectural design reviews for remodel and reinvestment projects. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and prototype standards while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- Review architectural designs for remodel and renovation (reinvestment) projects to ensure alignment with defined requirements and standards
- Verify compliance with brand guidelines, prototype designs, and design standards
- Coordinate closely with Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams
- Track and manage design review comments, change requests, and approvals across multiple projects
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in drawings and deliverables
