About the role
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and people-focused Associate Manager – Licensing to lead licensing operations, compliance tracking, regulatory documentation, and related financial activities across the business. The role will work closely with g lobal teams, requiring excellent communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate effectively across geographies and time zones.
What you'll do
- Licensing & Compliance Operations
- Manage end-to-end processing of business licenses, permits, registrations, and renewals
- Track license expiration dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid penalties or operational disruptions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date licensing records, documentation, and databases
- Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
