What you'll do
- Perform reconciliation of Bill of Lading (BOL) with Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) data, identifying and analyzing variances within the accounting system
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve transaction-related discrepancies and inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate corrections and drive resolution of identified issues
- Analyze root causes of discrepancies and communicate findings to support continuous process improvement
- Assist in enhancing processes, maintaining documentation, and strengthening internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
