The role requires strong analytical skills, operational discipline, accounting awareness, and the ability to manage time-sensitive activities with high accuracy and rigor.
What you'll do
- Licensing & Compliance Operations
- Manage end-to-end processing of business licenses, permits, registrations, and renewals
- Track license expiration dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid penalties or operational disruptions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date licensing records, documentation, and databases
- Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards
