About the role
We are looking for a Lead Java-Fullstack Engineer who can drive the design of end-to-end architecture and implementation of a Help Center platform at 7-Eleven, that empowers customers and support agents with intuitive, high-performance web and mobile app experiences.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, maintainable web-based APIs and full-stack applications
- Develop backend services using Java, or Node.js, following microservices architecture principles
- Create interactive web applications using React.js or Angular, integrated with mapping libraries like Leaflet, Mapbox, OpenStreetMap or OpenLayers
- Implement geospatial data processing, coordinate conversions, and integration with mapping services such as Google Maps or ArcGIS
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
