About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager 3 to lead product areas across Customer and Shared Services. This role will be responsible for defining product priorities, driving roadmap execution, and partnering with cross-functional teams to build customer-facing experiences and scalable shared capabilities.
What you'll do
- Own product roadmap and execution for assigned product areas or charters
- Understand customer, store, business, and operational needs through data, research, and stakeholder inputs
- Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Data, Business, Operations, and global product teams
- Drive product discovery, prioritization, sprint planning support, launch readiness, and post-launch tracking
- Manage dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and stakeholder communication
