About the role
This role is deeply focused on survey science, statistical modeling, and experience analytics. You will work closely with U.S.based partners and spend the majority of your time independently executing research, analyzing data, synthesizing multiple data sources, and producing high-quality written insights that directly inform where the organization should focus to improve customer experience.
What you'll do
- Survey Design & Execution
- Design, deploy, and independently manage large‑scale customer experience surveys, including relational CX, transactional CX, and product experience tracking
- Own end-to-end survey execution, from construct definition and questionnaire design through fielding, QA, weighting, and data hygiene
- Define and apply appropriate sampling strategies, bias mitigation approaches, and validation techniques to ensure data quality and representativeness
- Continuously evolve surveys over time to maintain trendability while increasing insight depth and relevance
