About the role
As a ServiceNow Architect, you’ll be responsible for designs, configures, and overseeing the implementation of enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform, bridging business needs with technical execution. Key responsibilities include creating scalable, secure architectures (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, FSM), leading integrations (API, iPaaS), and providing technical leadership.
What you'll do
- Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they are scalable, flexible, and maintainable
- Architect and implement API integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC) between ServiceNow and third-party systems
- Responsible for designs, configures, and overseeing the implementation of enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform
