About the role
We are looking for a Staff QA Engineer to lead and champion the Quality Engineering (QE) Test Automation strategy across all digital applications and services at 7-Eleven.
What you'll do
- Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy covering functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Java-based tools (Selenium, Selenide, Appium, TestNG/JUnit, Cucumber, RestAssured, Karate)
- Lead mobile automation initiatives with Appium for both iOS and Android platforms
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) to ensure continuous quality validation
- Establish and maintain a robust test data strategy to support multi-environment testing
