What you'll do
- Ensure compliance with J&J policies, SOX, audit, and regulatory requirements
- Deliver accurate and timely financial close activities and reporting
- Own end-to-end Intercompany and Interface Reconciliation processes across EMEA & APAC
- Partner with BUF, CFMs, SMEs, and Global Process Owners to drive business outcomes
- Lead, develop, and mentor teams, SMEs, and future leaders
