What you'll do
- Define governance requirements, decision forums, RACI models, escalation paths, and accountability models across deployment and run-state activities
- Establish governance standards that drive consistency across SAP S/4HANA deployments and integrated applications
- Ensure governance processes remain aligned with evolving business, regulatory, and technology requirements
- Drive continuous improvement of the UAM operating model through lessons learned, deployment feedback, and governance maturity assessments
- Build, implement, and maintain the health checks covering all deployment phases
