What you'll do
- Portfolio Strategy & Governance
- Lead portfolio planning and governance processes for ICC technology programs, product teams, and strategic initiatives
- Partner with senior leaders to align portfolio priorities with business strategy, digital transformation goals, and enterprise technology roadmaps
- Establish and maintain portfolio intake, prioritization, decision-making, dependency management, and escalation mechanisms
- Create transparent portfolio views covering scope, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks, financials, resources, and value outcomes
