About the role
The Senior Manager will lead integrated planning and delivery across the HR2030 Data & Intelligence substreams, including Medallion, Governance, Data Quality, Data Products, Knowledge Management, and Insights.

- Risk and dependency management: Identify, sequence, and resolve cross-stream dependencies; proactively escalate risks, trade-offs, and decisions with recommended actions
- Business and partner alignment: Facilitate planning increments, working sessions, executive reviews
- Operating model leadership: Establish practical ways of working, governance routines, decision rights, status reporting
