About the role
To lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, timely dispatches, quality control, process compliance and effective workforce management. The role is responsible for establishing a technology-driven, SOP-based and scalable warehouse operating environment through the implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), barcode technology, SAP integration and structured inventory controls.
What you'll do
- Ensure smooth daily warehouse operations with optimum utilisation of manpower, storage space, equipment and available resources
- Establish and monitor operational TATs for all warehouse activities, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks
- Ensure minimum 98% inventory accuracy through structured cycle counts, physical stock verification and discrepancy reconciliation
- Maintain minimum 95% OTIF (On-Time In-Full) dispatch performance against committed timelines
- Identify operational bottlenecks, eliminate process inefficiencies and implement corrective and preventive actions
