About the role
As an Area Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth and expand Goodyear’s Consumer Replacement Business in your assigned territory by building strong channel partnerships, identifying market opportunities, and delivering exceptional business results. As an Area Sales Manager, you will take charge of your region and help expand Goodyear’s Consumer Replacement Business.
What you'll do

- Develop and manage a strong dealer and distributor network, building long-term partnerships and enhancing loyalty to the Goodyear brand

- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
