You will oversee laboratory testing operations, ensuring efficient test execution, process compliance, and cross-functional support to deliver high-quality results. As part of the laboratory team, you will ensure the efficient execution of tire testing activities, optimize testing operations, support cross-functional business needs, and contribute to a safe, high-quality laboratory environment.
What you'll do
- Manage and Optimize Testing Processes (30%)
- Collect, review, and prioritize all testing requests to ensure timely execution
- Oversee and coordinate laboratory dynamic operator activities to maximize efficiency and resource utilization
- Ensure alignment and standardization of tire testing practices across all cross-functional teams
- Support APAC laboratory operations and the implementation of testing processes
