About the role
As a Finance Business Partner, Aurangabad - You will partner with the Plant Director and key plant leadership team to develop and execute cost optimization initiatives, achieve scorecard KPI targets, and ensure strong recovery plans are in place. You will drive the plant-wide AOP and forecasting process, identify key cost drivers, prepare cost budgets, lead cost-saving initiatives, and ensure delivery of savings targets.
What you'll do
- Partner with the Plant Director and key plant leadership team to develop and execute cost optimization initiatives, achieve scorecard KPI targets
- Drive the plant-wide AOP and forecasting process, identify key cost drivers, prepare cost budgets, lead cost-saving initiatives, and ensure delivery of savings targets
- Also provide financial support to business leaders on investment projects and develop financial simulations to enable effective, data-driven decision-making
- Partner with plant leadership to provide financial insights, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive performance against AOP and forecasts
- Analyze key variances and recommend actions to improve financial performance
