About the role

As a Manager - Field Engineering, you will serve as the voice of the customer and drive product excellence within the tyre industry. In this role, you will bridge customer insights with product development initiatives, ensuring continuous product improvement while effectively managing and controlling warranty costs.

What you'll do

• Serve as the voice of the customer and drive product excellence within the tyre industry
• Bridge customer insights with product development initiatives, ensuring continuous product improvement while effectively managing and controlling warranty costs
• Champion the Voice of the Customer by translating field insights, claims data, and customer feedback into actions that improve product quality, reliability
• Lead field engineering and product validation activities, including product trials, evaluations, OE Mileage Surveys, Scrap Tyre Surveys, and Customer Satisfaction Surveys
• Analyze product claims, market intelligence, and performance trends to identify emerging issues, provide early warnings, and drive timely corrective actions
