We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager with over 10 years of expertise in building, designing, implementing, and driving strategic learning initiatives that enhance employee capability and business performance.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute the organization’s Learning & Development strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify training gaps through stakeholder discussions, performance insights, employee feedback, and business requirements
- Design, develop, and implement targeted learning programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities
- Conduct organization-wide training needs analysis and competency gap assessments
- Design and implement leadership development, functional capability-building, and behavioral learning programs
