About the role
Become a valued team member to our Global Procurement Compliance & Service team and satisfy the customer demand by coordinating with our clients internal and external team. This person will be part of a global team that is more focused about the customer satisfaction and work with lot of business etiquettes.
What you'll do
- Understand the customer demand and provide the support on-time
- Analyze customer demands and get the proper input from our clients Internal team and derive the result to the end-customers
- Regular follow-up with the team to get the data and meet the deliverables
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
