What you'll do
- Lead a team of designers and provide expertise in improving the quality of designs and resolving critical design issues
- Manage and track the design releases. Communicate and update the design release to the various stake holders
- Monitor the implementation of DMLs at the production line
- Resolve line issues and extend support in order to improve the first Shot Ok
- Analyse the field failures and extend support to the designers for prevention
