About the role
As the successful candidate, you will work as part of a global team and provide design, engineering, and technical support on a wide variety of process control system projects for our customers. With each project, you will be responsible for solving problems throughout the design process from conception to commissioning, while establishing effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Programming and Implementation of major modern DCS systems such as Honeywell C300/DeltaV, ABB, Foxboro, PCS7, etc
- Control systems optimization, troubleshooting, maintenance, start-up, installation and retrofit experience and training
- Configuring logic and graphics for a particular process area based on P&IDs and control narratives or logic diagrams
- Responsible for internal quality assurance, acceptance testing with customers, on-site commissioning, and follow-up support
- Process knowledge of at least one major industry, viz., Pulp and Paper, Power, Mining, or Chemicals
