What you'll do
- Discover and invent new techniques and methods in modeling, design, and measurement
- Leads a team in developing major new products. Guide and direct the activities of multifunctional team(s) according to the priorities set by Engineering management
- Perform high-speed empirical and analytical signal integrity evaluations of connectors
- Recommend changes in designs or technical procedures
- Conduct and coordinate analytical simulations for connector systems
