- Total compliance, response/ outstation visits for customer satisfaction/ delight
- Revenue generation for repairing/ overhauling/ servicing
- Order booking for spares
- On field/ in plant training of Asc Centres/ Customers identifying new dealers for spares and ASC
- Daily updating of customer care portal
