About the role
Regularly reviews generic capacity management for the plant, facilitates and drives plant S&OP and acts as the single point of contact in the plant for Global Supply Planning Ownership of Site Planning Material Master Data Management (Lot size rule, Min Lot Size Qty, Published Lead-time) Works with Supply Chain Hubs for positioning FG for 100 % Service level and minimizing the freight cost.
What you'll do
- Own and Develop Plant R ough C ut C apacity P lanning (RCCP -Generic and Specific)
- Analyse all work centres and hierarchies for capacity overloads and under-loads (vs. Plant Planning Requirements, global demand plan)
- Facilitate Plant Supply Review meeting
- Liaise with Global Demand Planners on demand clarifications
- Loading of low risk component MPS into APO at plant level based on Plan for Every Part (PFEP)/Product Segmentation Analysis which drives ATO
