About the role
A valued team member to our Global Procurement Compliance team focused on satisfying customer needs primarily related to Conflict Minerals through working collaboratively with internal and external contacts. This person is part of a global team servicing both customers and suppliers, which requires customer satisfaction and business etiquette.
What you'll do
- Analyze and document customer requests and facilitate with the appropriate company resources to drive the needed results with the end-customers
- Drive excellent communication, coordination, documentation, organization, and follow-ups with the team to meet the customer needs and deliverables
- Work closely with the Company’s procurement teams and the Conflict Minerals team to prioritize and address customer requests
