About the role
A valued team member to our Global Procurement Compliance team focused on satisfying customer needs primarily related to Conflict Minerals through leading and managing the Company’s Conflict Minerals compliance program. This person is part of a global team servicing customers’ Conflict Minerals compliance needs, which requires customer satisfaction and business etiquette.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage Company’s Conflict Minerals compliance program
- Act as the primary liaison with external customers and suppliers on a global basis
- Keep abreast of applicable EICC CFSI compliance policies, requirements, laws, and regulations and effectively monitor the trends for Conflict Minerals strategies
- Provide timely Conflict Minerals updates to internal teams and customers as needed
- Maintain a continuous improvement mind set to take initiative and seek out innovative solutions
