About the role
To research, process and produce technical publications for our client Operational, Maintenance and Spare Parts Manuals. This is undertaken in the most efficient and effective way possible in order to deliver to the end user the highest standards of technical documentation.
What you'll do
- Manage the portfolio of tasks ensuring they are logged given priority level
- Manage communication links with all key departments and suppliers, to obtain recommended spare parts information, technical specifications
- All targets previously agreed and recorded must be either delivered or communicated back to management that they can not be met with the appropriate justification
- Must ensure that all Publications supplied to customers have current and relevant technical information
- Set up clear communication links with key suppliers, ensuring that all the required data is delivered within agreed timescales
