About the role
We are seeking a Lead Front End Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development and optimization of enterprise-grade digital commerce platforms that serve clients across North America and other global regions.
What you'll do
- Lead the development and maintenance of front-end applications using React and Next.js, ensuring high performance, scalability, and exceptional user experience
- Own front-end architecture decisions and establish coding standards, best practices, and reusable component libraries for the team
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless data flow between front-end and backend services
- Partner with UX/UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect user interfaces
- Lead and mentor junior and mid-level front-end developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance
