About the role
Were seeking an Engineering Lead / Architect to design, build, and guide the development of our next-generation voice AI platform. This role combines deep technical expertise with hands-on leadership shaping architecture, mentoring engineers, and ensuring we deliver high-quality,scalable solutions.
What you'll do
- Own the overall technical architecture and system design of our platform (including APIs
- Services, data layers, and integrations)
- Choose appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to align with business and product
- Define and review API contracts, data models, and infrastructure components
- Break down product features into detailed engineering tasks and estimate effort
