What you'll do
- Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and shops
- Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and association policies
- Oversee the Collection of rent, invoice payments and analyse operating statements
- Prepare the annual budget and report on financial performance regularly
- Manage the staff, vendor and contractor relationships
