About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Associate Director of Engineering to lead and scale our engineering department as we grow our US B2B EdTech Business. This role is responsible for technology execution, people leadership, and engineering excellence while partnering closely with Product, Business, and Customer Success teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.
What you'll do
- Provide strategic and technical leadership across engineering, AI, and product initiatives
- Define and execute the AI roadmap , including architecture, platforms, and enterprise AI adoption
- Establish, scale, and govern the AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) , driving best practices, innovation, and reuse
- Build and lead multiple agile/scrum teams of top-notch engineers to own, drive & deliver critical parts of our products
- Work closely with Presales/Sales/Solution Architects/Customers to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development
