About the role
This role is part of a high-performing ITSM team responsible for overall governance of the IT service organization, making sure all support engineers adhere to ITIL best practices. As such, this role will develop and define the key performance indicators for their respective ITIL process area, assisting other ITIL process managers in achieving performance standards for their assigned process areas, such as change and problem.
